Asset Management is a relatively new concept locally, particularly our unique walk on-walk off service. We strive to offer a select number of clients a service that is what you would expect in more established luxury boating destinations. It’s like having your own full time Captain, yet for a quarter of the price.
We’ve successfully managed marine based assets for some of the world’s most private yet discerning owner’s in the superyacht industry in locations such as Monaco, Phuket and our home port of Fremantle.
Owning a luxury vessel can often be compared to running a boutique hotel and the last thing you should be concerned with is the day to day management of the vessel. Conducting vessel checks, organizing and supervising required works/servicing is time consuming. Maintenance and cleaning of a luxury vessel also takes considerable time, not to mention expense if issues are not adhered to on a regular basis or done correctly in the first place.
We wrap a comprehensive range of services into one set fee, it’s cost effective and it results in a far better experience when you step on board.

Our speciality is unique in that we offer walk on-walk off packages. Essentially this means you can walk aboard knowing everything is ready to go. The boat is clean, systems checked, engines started and it’s ready for you to enjoy. Once you arrive back, simply walk off and we’ll take care of the rest, until the next time you depart. It’s hassle free and it’s a charged at a set fee with work conducted and coordinated on a weekly basis, year round.

Pen and Marina Berth Sourcing
Western Australia has a critical shortage of available pens. We have an extensive network of industry contacts and often have access to pens well before they reach open market. Whether it’s 8m or 35m it’s worth contacting us to discuss your requirements.
Tender Storage
We also offer temporary or long term undercover warehouse storage for trailerable vessels and luxury tenders. A perfect solution to those who keep their tenders in a pen for the summer months and want undercover protection during winter.
