Project Management
A factory built vessel is often simply just that, a production hull built to a certain standard. Even the smallest fittings or equipment can make such a difference to the finished vessel and ultimately your experience on board. We can work alongside the builder, suppliers or manage the project 100% to ensure things run smoothly and you get more than you’re expecting, after all, we represent you!

Project AL DHAEN 380 
One of our most recent Consultancy projects was for a Perth based client, with the vessel being the first 380 Al Dhaen Craft centre console to be launched in Australia. A design brief revolved around being luxurious, to have state of the art electronics and AV systems while remaining perfectly functional and practical for it’s purpose as a high speed island day boat. 360 Marine acted in a role specifying some of the most advanced technology available such as FLIR thermal imaging night vision, fitted to ensure increased safety during night time operation. The FLIR camera is interfaced through a 15″ touchscreen Garmin multifunction chartplotter which is also networked between other equipment on board.
The vessel also boasts a high end sound system using Clarion and Bose components, fully iPod compatible with wired LCD remotes located in specific areas to allow the user the ultimate in convenience and control. Underwater lighting is in blue by OceanLED Amphibian range and this is complimented by user selectable red, white or blue LED lighting located in the cockpit and stern areas.
Our attention to detail also flows through to items such as the exact positioning and placement of controls and gauges on the dash to ensure they are not only practical, yet also aesthetically positioned. We also selected colour schemes for the vessel that would make it distinct, unique and stylish.
